We just built a new salt water pool (Jandy AquaPure SWG) and I'm about to order the TF-100 so I can start tracking the water. Do I need the salt water test kit also? Or can I just rely on my equipment to tell me the salinity?
Often you can get away with not having a salt test the first year, when the SWG is new. But after that it is nice to have a salt test just to be sure the SWG hasn't gotten wildly far off of correct.
