For the insurance part, we just went with a 1 mill. umbrella policy to cover any type of injury that might ocurr on our property- runs around $35 a month.

I want to say thanks again for all the help, but yes, I am going to ask another question.
I am going through the process of getting quotes for the screen room through the PBs.
The one PB put in a quote of almost $10K for the screen room (roughly 25' x 35'), while another PB quoted me
$5.25 / sq.ft.
Now according to my calculations, that's about $4600.
I know you get what you pay for, but should there really be that big of a difference?
I don't want to think that the PB with the $10K quote is ripping me off.
