We are almost ready to begin the resurfacing of our 20+yr old pool; Still draining water...
Once the resurface is completed, I imagine that some special care is required while the coating cures. I've read here that the pool should not be used for ~ 3 weeks, and that the pool should be brushed daily. The person doing the resurface said we should treat it as a new pool, and shock the heck out of it.
Other than a bunch of chlorine, pointers on what level of chemical balance I should be attempting are greatly appreciated
