New Pool, how long do I wait before I run the heater?

[Nightmare]

Mini Pebble Pool and Spa. Similar to a Pebble Sheen.
They plastered the pool on Friday (4/1)
They did the Acid Wash, Power Wash, Scrub down on Saturday (4/2)
I filled the pool Saturday into Sunday Morning (3 am)
Equipment Startup and first Chemicals were on Monday (4/4)
I've run the pump about 8-10 hours a day for 5 days now. I added 2 floaters with 5 tablets each on Wednesday night.

How long should I wait to run the heater for the spa? Or is there some other condition that should be met? (chem balance or ?)

The National Plasterers Council says to not turn on the heater until there is no more plaster dust.
