We'll just say the CYA is 40ppm. FC shock level for that CYA is 16ppm, so you're little over but that's not a problem. CC of 2 shows there's something being broken down in the pool, so the SLAM is working.

Keep brushing/vacuuming the pool

Test FC level every hour or so to make sure your FC stays at 16ppm. If its lower than 16ppm, add proper amounts of bleach according to PoolMath.

No reason to do any tests other than FC during the SLAM. When you do your OCLT, then do a CC test in the morning test session.
