So I screwed up. Been a while since i had a pool. I treated my pool with flock and it has cartridge filters. That being said is there any chemical i can use to clean it out of the filters?

You can try to soak the filter first on a solution of trisodium phosphate (TSP can be found in hardware stores in the paint section just make sure it’s REAL TSP and not some “eco-friendly” knock off). After soaking the carts for a few hours you can then rinse them and give it a try.
There’s a good chance your cartridges are hosed so I’d set your expectations low and be prepared to buy new ones.
