No Pool Lights. Any battery or solar powered light recommendations?

Hello All,
Does anyone have a light recommendation for a salt water pool (16x35ft) which has none? I desire something that could be submerged and attached to the side of the pool.

I looked at some in Walmart (see below) and I think four of these may work. I would have to attach the base to the side via caulking but should be do-able. Maybe you have a better suggestion.

I got one like this when trying to spend my extra leslie $$$ before expiration. It works for about half my 11K gallon pool, but it has issues, it tends to float to a side and then it doesn't work as well, it's not very bright so you have to wait until really dark to see and I think I had to power it on to charge it (probably would charge better outside my screen). Anyway I didn't pay much and it ended up in storage somewhere...

Down lighting the pool may be most most effective, barring renovations.
