Kim (it's Karen), this pool builder has been phenomenal. I would actually consider going on vacation while he did the pool build (recalling the first pool builder telling us to do that!). Of course, I am hoping this is the LAST pool build

So I had a tickle in my brain when I first read about the pipe by the spa leaking. The pics got my attention......I just reread the words.......what are they doing to keep this from happening again when it freezes again?

The other builder wanted you to take Bob far, far away so he could bugger up your other pool even more without interference
