New pool build in Western Kentucky. 20x42 rectangular pool with 8x12 tanning ledge. Looking at $6k-$10k difference in the two. Opinions?

Is this from the same PB or two different PBs? That is quite a price difference!
When they say "composite" wall what do they mean? I THINK I know but want to hear what they say please.

We had a concrete/acrylic pool built 20 years ago. The bottom was concrete, the walls were acrylic (fiberglas) panels, 6' in lenth. WHAT A MISTAKE! Get all concrete! We just had our walls ripped out and re-done with shotcrete and replastered the whole pool - $25k.
