Tablets/ pucks vs chlorine

Liquid chlorine is best. I used pucks before finding this site but will never go back. As for amounts of chlorine to use, take a look at Pool School, make sure you have an adequate test kit and use the calculator to determine how much chlorine to add. As far as the items they sold you...I'd take them back and get a refund.
