Pool Build Close to Wall of House and Sliding Door in Florida?

Hey guys, considering to build a pool at my mom's house in Florida. Not sure what the code is for how away from wall and sliding glass doors a pool can be? I see neighbors have pools very close to the wall and doors so not sure if grandfathered in etc?

What is the allowable distance from pool to wall/sliding glass door if installing a safety gate that can close automatically?

Also can you build on or near utility easements with written approval from utility companies?

Ive read pages and pages of Florida Blg Code and cant find it. Thanks for any help

You need to personally check with all your local powers that be down that way. Too much variance from place to place.

Never mind the distance from the door, you want to make sure you're not undermining the home's foundation.
