How much Borax I need for a pool size of 24,000 - 25,000 gallons on a SWG pool? I used it for 10 years and it some ways it really help with it not getting algae so quickly. Advise. I believe I need a 16 bag +- of salt in it as well. I will add them slowly through the days.

Hold off on salt and borates until you have everything else balanced. You might need to work a little to lower TA before adding. Check Borates - Why and How
