REplacing pool motor, anything I should know?

just bought this, A.O. Smith 1.65 HP Variable Speed Pool Pump Motor Square Flange - ECM16SQU - INYOPools.com

ao smith 1.65hp variable speed motor square flange. Should pay for itself in about 2-3 years.

Is there anything I need to know about installing this? seems fairly easy?

I don't have a gokit, do you recommend replacing all the seals?

is this brand good enough? and contain everything I need? could not find a gokit brand

YES, I would recommend replacing all seals. I am not familiar with that brand but I stay away from Aladdin brand.
