Raleigh NC Area Vinyl Liner replacement

If I'm breaking the rules - please let me know.

I was looking for a recommendation for someone in the Raleigh NC area for an in ground vinyl liner replacement - 16x32 21-22k gallons.

I have 3 quotes so far from places that are fairly well known to the area.

They all seem reputable and the quotes are all in the same ballpark. I was just wondering if there were good independent installers outside of the bigger companies.

I would be leaning to go with a bigger company. installing a liner is not the easiest to do and call backs are fairly frequent. I would like to have someone that will come back promptly if necessary.

If one of your quotes was Rising Sun, I was intrigued by the fact that they had the ability to place your water in a bladder while they exchanged liners and was then able to put your balanced water back in place.
