Put a couple gallons of plain old bleach in there and circulate 3 or 4 hours daily. Pour bleach SLOWLY in front of a running return eyeball.

Skimmed pool but left the bottom alone. Not a lot down there but I'll just wait till tomorrow when vacuum arrives to tackle that. Then started up filter and added 3 gallons of Kem-Tek chlorine (10%) and am just letting it run. One question should I run waterfall to get some chlorinated water thruogh there or just leave it off for now? Then tomorrow morning should I add more bleach or wait till I get some numbers from test kit?

Yeah, you need to run the waterfall at least once daily just to be sure stagnant water isn't sitting there and to get some chlorine going thru it.
