MasterTemp 400 Not Maintaining Stable Temperature

A temperature issue just cropped up on my MasterTemp 400. It will heat up fine to the desired temperature ... usually 98-100 degrees; but as the spa cools down, the heater doesn't fire back up until the spa temp drops down to 94-95. Is there a way that I can keep the temperature range tighter?

I don't know, but it sounds like a design criteria. I'm giving you a bump here in hopes that one of our members will see this, and get you an answer. There's a few who will know for sure.
