I searched the board but there doesn't look as if there is anything specific to my concerns, so here's this thread.

Live in South Florida.
In the past, I have replaced the thermistor in my board a year or so ago.
Salt cell is 2 years old-aftermarket brand

Had some mustard bloom in the pool the other day...check my salt generator.
Check cell light is on-no blinking
Check salt light on as well-no blinking.
Cleaned cell-same. No changes.

Suggestion?

Move switch to off. Move switch to auto. Go to instant salt. When the number stabilizes, move the switch from auto to superchlorinate and back to auto. Then check all diagnostic readings.

Can you post all of the readings?

It's showing 2500 for instant salt.

That's too low and will cause a warning light.

Verify salt level and adjust to at least 3000.

How old is the cell?

Is it a T-15 cell?

I would check salt level to make sure that the box is reading correctly.

Also, check to see if the cell is clean.

If the box is correct, you just need to add more salt.

If it's reading way low, the cell might be bad.

When is the last time salt was checked?
