Favorite gift this year

I woke up Christmas morning and saw that Santa had stopped by. Fast forward 2 days and 550 miles later, it was gift giving time at my mom's house. After watching the young kids open their surprises from grandma, it was dad's (my) turn, Inside a medium size flat box was a shiny new TF-100 test kit! Apparently Santa had been listening when I told the wife I wanted a good test kit for the upcoming pool season. I now have the pleasure of updating my sig with my new "toy".

I need some sun:sun: and some heat. The pool is currently covered and frozen, probably a solid brick by now with all the cold we had. I'm about to break it open and give it a test drive with some tap water, lol. Spring can't come soon enough.

It is a good idea to have the fill water's results so you know what you will have to tweak when you add water. I wrote my fill water's test results out and have them on the inside cover of my test log.

It is a good idea to keep a test log. I have a small notebook I put them in. I also note big weather events like last night we had a HUGE storm go through so I am draining some water as we speak. It will help you see patterns with your pool and make caring for it even easier.
