As it seems most of my google searches points me to your great website I figured might as well join your community. We are currently under construction and sure there will be many questions since this is our first family pool. I have a tendency to over research projects so it looks like I've found other the perfect place. Thanks

No outdoor, theory was to save on the cost of chemicals, time will tell of course.

Your UV instructions may well tell you to keep FC down quite low....perhaps .5 ppm or so.

It is almost impossible to do that and it makes your pool very susceptible to algae.

To keep your pool crystal clear, you will probably have to maintain FC higher than they suggest.

As you say, time will tell.
