Hi guys, apologies if this has been asked and answered elsewhere but I trolled the forums and came up short.
I bought a hot tub second hand and have been repairing it (new frame, fix leaks etc etc), sometimes all is well but then sometimes the second pump will turn on and off every second, locking out the top panel and the only way of getting out of the "surge of death" is by turning the power off at the isolator/ breaker.
When I disconnect the pump, I can still hear the relay clicking on and off at the main board so I don't think it's the pump at fault.
It is a Balboa board/ heater model- VAL5M7 and has twin pumps- one a 2 speed which filters and jets and the other (the pump in question) is jets only it seems.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
