CYA Question

My CYA was 0 when filling pool. I am using stabilizer in a sock next to my return. I know I am suppose to use 42 oz of stabilizer. I only have one return. I am putting 9 oz in at a time and still have 24 oz to put in. Do I wait til after I have done the full 42 oz to retest or do I do it sooner?

CYA should show up on the test 24 hours fter it is dissolved. I would wait until it is all in.
