Hi,
this may seem like an odd question, but I'm just trying to make sure my PB is doing things correctly.
our contract says 12" raised beam with 32" scupper. All the plumbers did was plumb a return pipe into the cavity, and then after the gunite was poured, the tile guys cut off the top of the pipe, tiled over and around the cavity, leaving a 32" opening. The PB said the cavity is filled by water coming out of the return pipe and then flows out of the opening.
does that sound correct? I was expecting some kind of connector to be plugged into the end of the pipe, directing the water out of the scupper opening. Is that not needed?
Thanks.
