Green area at seam of Intex ultra frame

I vacuumed the pool today for the first time and noticed a green area where the wall meets the floor. It's about 2" wide and a foot long. I tried scrubbing it with a brush, but it wouldn't come completely off. How can I get it off totally?

My chlorine tested mid 2's, so I added bleach to get it back around 4.

post up all your numbers, how does your water look?

You may have to bring it to SLAM level if it is algae growing unless you have metals in your water
