A30i & S300i quick question

I would love to get over of these in the next day or so.
Reading through things is it safe to say that both the A30 & S300(I's) both have the top load basket filters, same &chord length? Also, can you buy either of these models online without voiding the warranty?
I thought I saw a good deal on Amazon last month..

They both have top loading filters. The A30 only has one set of filters while the S300i and A30i models have dual layered filters.

No internet sales, but there are some dealers willing to do phone orders and they still have the two year warranties.

The cords are the same length.
