Calcium??

So mine is like 90. I have calcium chloride flakes from the previous owner, will that be good to use to raise my calcium hardness?

Since you have a vinyl pool, you do not need to worry about adding calcium. That is one of the advantages of a vinyl liner. Plaster surfaces and, to a lesser extent, fiberglass do need some calcium. However, vinyl does not.
