White foam on pool

I have had the pool open for almost two weeks opened swampy green, vacummed to waste and added bleach pool is clear with a white foam film on top. i have been running the filter 24/7
bought a test kit. FC - .6 CC 1 Bromines 1.3 pH 7.2 added 1 drop to get the acid level up to 7.4
