Cavitation noise at solar valve

I have a solar heater which is controlled by a three way valve. Recently (in the past several months) I have noticed a noise similar to cavitation or turbulence coming from around that valve. Filter pump is still working correctly, filter pressure is still at its usual level, no discernible changes other than the noise. Anyone have any ideas?

Can you try to manually move it back and forth and see if that helps, if it's a jandy valve you can take it apart and see if it is damaged somehow..

If the filter is dirty maybe there isn't enough pressure to fully close the VRV. What is the clean pressure and current pressure? We recommend cleaning a filter when pressure rises 25%.
