Low pump flow

Thank you in advance to anyone that can help us with this situation.

Weset up our new Intex 12x24x52 pool over a month ago and have stillnot made it work correctly. 'The issue is that the “low flow”indicator activates after a minute of turning the filter system on.We have a salt-water system with a sand filter.
We have spent hours on the phone with customer support. First, the sentus a new pump in case it was defective. That did not solve it so they sent us a flow sensor. When that did not work, they told us to use acertain sand.
We Had been using sand for pool filters but we dumped that and put in#20 silica but that did not stop the alarm. We have backflushed asdirected and done everything customer support came up with but stillhave the alarm.

The Only thing that has not been checked is the valve. It is a six-wayvalve and the sensor will activate when it is in filter orrecirculate.

We have it plugged in directly, since I wrote this we have received another pump, flow sensor and now a new complete set up and we are still getting the " Low flow sensor " light. Very frustrating, we have been working on this about 2 1/2 months. I would return the pool but not sure how to even do that.
Any help would really be appreciated. Since it is salt water is it just now turning green
