Pool leaked and drained over winter - trying to fix the liner

I have an above ground round 18 foot pool - it's 4 years old. During the winter it leaked out from a hole at the bottom. I couldn't see this until the cover started to stretch down. I just opened it up and all of the water was gone. I patched the hole and started to fill it again. There are some 1/2' high wrinkles all of the way around the liner about 6" and 12" from the side. I filled to about 3" while pushing the wrinkles out but I can't get rid of them. I am hoping there is still some flex in my liner. Should I just fill it up and see if it pulls out from the middle or am I looking at a new liner?

Wrinkles may not interfere with the integrity of the pool but they sure are ugly to look at and algae can form in creases.
