Has anyone used CoverCare , covercare.net , to replace an automatic pool cover?

I have a quote from CoverCare and it seems very reasonable and the representative was professional and helpful. I just can't find any reviews on them on the forum. Does anyone have experience with them?

I've also posted another question about the cover webbing deteriorating on my covers. CoverCare claims to have vinyl all the way in the channel instead of webbing. Has anyone seen this?

hmmmmm.... i have never seen webbing on my cover. I've never heard of CoverCare. I have the Infinity 4000 cover, purchased and installed by Pool Cover Specialists of Charleston. The covers seem to come from Utah. They do replacement covers too.
