The cells have flow switches that do not allow the cell to run unless adequate flow is detected.

Ideally the cell should be wired so it doesn't receive power unless the pump is on. Without automation, this usually requires an additional timer.

Thank you, out of curiosity, are the cells 110 or 220?

My pressure is 0 at 1100 rpm. My SWG is wired to its own timer, I make sure it is only set to run during times when the pump is set to run.

They run off a transformer that can be wired to accommodate either voltage
