Having recently finished my owner-build here in Gilbert, I wouldn't worry about them too much if they're truly hairline. They are most likely shrinkage cracks which are pretty common in shotcrete (based on my understanding). We had some fairly long (but not wide) cracks in our deep end and many others throughout the pool. I went as far as to involve the structural engineer and got the same feedback (i.e. shrinkage cracks).
Either way, your builder (or shotcrete contactor) should warranty against any issues. If you're truly concerned, bring it up with them.
