10ft x 8ft space to work with, which hot tub should I buy?

Pad out in the open? What's adjacent to the space. You need to account for the cover and lifter, steps to get in and free area in front of the steps.

This would fit on the pad with steps on either side of the 10' length.

Inspector might want the spa 30" away from that window, minimum. Hope the long sides are running N/S. Can you add to the pad?

You'll need entry & motor access on the same side of the spa.

Start looking into cover lifters that don't need side access.

My electrician advised on 30" all around for future access.

You'd have to drain and move to get access to the sides.

What are the code required clearances in your area? You have 4" clear on both sides. You need room in the back for the cover to sit behind the spa. Where are the steps to get in going to sit? I don't think you'd get an inspector to sign off on the location. Master SPA LSx 900 is 9'-0" x 7'-10". I would not plan on slamming it up against that window either.
