Can I use Ultra Javex ?

I cannot find any plain chlorine in Canada. The only one which is close is Ultra Javex by Clorox. It is not unscented and I am not sure I can use it. Here is how it looks (blue label):

I don't see anything on there to indicate that it is anything but the same product sold as Clorox Bleach in the US. The ingredient label should say something to the effect of "Active Ingredient: Sodium Hypochlorite 6.25%"
