We currently have an epoxy pebble stone pool deck that is getting old. We have talked to two pool companys that recommend ripping it out and replacing with new concrete and then kool Crete product if we wanted it.
We have also talked to a concrete guy that says he can apply a kool Crete product directly over the current pebble stone and that it will work fine and save several thousand dollars.
The pebble stone is loosing some pebbles but most are holding tight. Ideally we would like to wait on any major pool work as our liner is only 2 seasons old.
Thoughts?
