Really need a definitive answer here to determine how high to go with SLAM. Also, does CYA protect a vinyl liner from the harsh affects of chlorine?

Can't see the drain at deep end.

Deposits this morning after brushing last night around 6 pm.

Entire surface has a layer since 6 pm last night that can be brushed into a cloud.

I believe what you see on the floor is regular (but dead) algae.

Regardless, SLAM as if it were mustard algae.....all it takes is a little extra chlorine and you're all set.

Naturally, the advice we give begins and ends with test results. You should post yours.

Yesterday you posted that you had a CYA of 40.
