Hayward Salt cell stopped working - which cell to buy to replace T-15 or T9

Hi,

We just got a house with a pool. The previous owners had the SWG set to off. After cleaning a couple times and getting it tested - its basicaly gone. Time to replace it.
My pool is 15000 gallons. The current T-cell that was there was a T15.
Question I have is - should I get Hayward T-15 or T-9

What's the difference other than the size of the pool?

Get the larger one. It should last longer and offset the extra cost.

Thanks. Just ordered one at amazon. Brand new - $409 - cant beat that when compared to pool store price..

I agree with the T-15.

Also, note that software revisions before r1.50 require a T-15. (I think that a T-5 could be used by changing a jumper on the board).
