I didn't realize I needed to dilute the acid in my sense and dispense. I also didn't measure the acid, so I have no idea how much undiluted acid I added (didn't use the whole bottle). I turned it off so it wouldn't run the undiluted acid into the pool. Should I fill the tank with water and let it all run through and then start over with proper acid:water ratios?

That's correct but basically I need to get back to even in the holding tank since I added undiluted acid. That's why I was wondering if just adding a bunch of water to the holding tank until all of the acid is removed would make sense.
Except for the fact that you should never add water to acid. Always add acid to water.
How much acid do you have left in the tank? If it's not a lot I'd just run the system until it's empty and then start over correctly.
