Obviously you are not going to get a free pool. Up to you to work out an agreement. Either make them redo it to what was written in the contract or come up with a deal to keep what you have if you can tolerate it.
Thank you. The PB doesn't want to redo or negotiate. And they're not responding to emails.
We are new to pool ownership obviously, and didn't know if this was a common problem.
They have also stopped maintaining the pool, so I'm sure I will have plenty of questions for you guys.
