In Ground Concrete Pool Rust on Stainless Steel Wall, How to patch/fix?

Hello, I have an older pool(built in 1963) it's concrete floor, stainless steel walls, and has been painted with epoxy paint. I'm starting to get a couple of rust spots on the Stainless steel panels and on the joints of the panels. I've looked all over the internet trying to find out the best way to repair but haven't found anything. Hopefully someone can help me out on how to fix.
