water problems

Can anyone tell me what this is? We have had this problem since last summer. We have shocked, SLAM’d the pool, taken out the steps and bleached them, changed the pump and most recently the sand. After the pump runs several hours it’s back! We run the vacuum with filter (Dolphin E10) every couple...
