pool cover net hooks anchors

we moved in to a house w a pool, it currently has a few thousand leaves on the bottom... i realize tgey left us some net, looking at it i dont see hooks. around the pool i see what might be anchors... can anyone tell me what to buy to secure the net to the anchors? they also left a cover, but i...
