pentair booster pump

I've got a Pentair Intelliflow and Intelliconnect system, with a Pentair Racer pressure side vacuum with a booster pump. If the vacuum is not connected and in the pool and the booster pump is turned on, the pump makes all kind of racket. Is this normal or does anybody else have this issue...

I thought the wiring would.be easy from changing out a pentsir LA01N to polaris PB4. The first pic is wiring hooked up to the old pentair and I have a pic of the new pump. I see the ground green wire Can't confirm.where the 2 hot wires goes. I tried it close to the brown and the bottom yellow...
