New pool built. Pool and spa are separate bodies of water. We have a salt cell system, pool and spa run at separate times of day. Pool water can go into spa but not vise versa. Lately we’ve been seeing this blue powder in the spa, my pool technician says it’s from the spa being over chlorinated.
