People I need your help! I got my pool built in 2018 so this will be our 3rd year in operation. My pool is open about three weeks ago and I am noticing now the following issues with my plaster. I’m not sure if they Are actual issues or if this is what naturally happens with gray plaster please...

Our original plain white replaster project has turned into a medium gray quartz, tile cleaning and adding a small cabo shelf . I know y'all like pictures so here's some to start, I'll update as the project progresses!
