Our robot is three years old, and a couple of runs around the pool create a tangled cord mess. I'm guessing that the swivel has stopped swiveling. I can manually turn the cord in the swivel "thing". Is there anyway to clean or lubricate the swivel part, or are we stuck with replacing the whole...

Thanks all! I ended up taking the basket out and letting it dry out. Removed the filters and gave them a few whacks to remove most of the stuff, then moved into the kitchen to spray and soak in a little tsp. Tomorrow we'll be ready to roll.

In the summer I don't mind a bit of spray, but it's COLD outside and I'm really not up for getting colder while spraying my S200 filters. I adopted the TPF idea of getting my water sample with a PVC pipe, and so never have to get wet to test my water. Does anyone have any tips or tricks to clean...

We get no leaves (screen enclosure). I use the fine pleated as well. Takes a little more time to clean, but not too much, and it's nice to see all they catch.

I would have thought if they owned the house and sold it, they would throw in the robot. If they were renting, selling it to landlord would make sense.... Ask to see their test records and original receipt for the 'bot.

I have a question... we use a hairnet in the skimmer and love it. I never have to dump and rinse the skimmer - just change the hairnet. How does the water flow through the S200? Could I do something similar? We get dog hair stuck in the S200 filters and it's a pain to get it out.

Hello all- quick question - does your robot do ALL your cleaning, or do you brush, etc.? We have to brush the sunshelf dirt into the pool before we start our robot, but other than that, I've been letting him carry the load, in the pool and in the spa. Thanks!

I did!!! OMG, he picked up SO MUCH CRUD! So, I wanted a pool, hubby doesn't want to mess with pool maintenance. SWCG - check Screen enclosure - check Robotic cleaner - CHECK! Now he's noticing how much less lawn he has to mow. :-)

Almost a member of the club. Ordered the S200 today - they are waiting for a shipment, but we are first in line when they come in! Super excited. We are still 2 weeks before we can use a robot (still in first 30 days of new pebblesheen) but should be ready to go when we can start up the vacuum...

If we used it after one week, would that replace the required brushing?

I know we are not going to be living the "brush and vacuum" life for long. Looking at the Dolphin Triton PS based on reviews and price point. When would we be able to start using it in our new Pebble Sheen pool? I can't find anything specific on their website. Thanks!
