I have an aquabot that works great. It doesnt scrub really, just a good suction.

I'd get a robot. They do a nice job and are stand alone units.

I have a T2 and love the thing. It's 2 years old and have had no issues.

I have an Aquabot Turbo I like a lot. I got the remote. It's nice to have, as Jason said, to steer it if you need to. The Aquabot has a progammable run time as well.

+1 on a robot. I have an Aquabot. Throw the thing in and let it run for about 3 hours, clean pool. Do I NEED one, no. But it makes life a little easier.

I have an Aquabot T2 and really like it. I think Dolphin's are ok too. You will find good and bad reviews on just about every robot out there, though.

Imagine that. Makes u go hhmmm? Seriously, are you set on getting an infloor system? A lot of posts I read on TFP are about problems and issues. That being said I'm sure there are a lot out there with no problems. Ever consider keeping your money for it in your pocket and get a good robot?
