CaraR - Here's another opinion/comment wrt SWG pools from a NE FL newer pool owner. The salt taste is very minor (although to some it is more noticeable as jcp39 pointed out) and nothing like swimming in the ocean. The water actually feels less "harsh" than non-SWG pools. My builder...- Taz
