    We did an ultraframe with salt water and only got 2 years out of it. The salt water corroded the metal, at the end of the second year it was falling apart.

    Is any connection cross threaded? Check to make sure if you have a bleeder valve that it is tightly closed. Also make sure that the intake on the pool side is free from debris. Do you have an in wall skimmer? Did you fill the filter with water first before turning on the pump?

    I am not sure if we did it wrong or not, we just used the dirt/ clay that was moved to level the pool. Maybe we did it wrong I sure hope not. Well Crud now I have questions.

    We have a doughboy Saratoga and on one side it is buried about 1 foot in the ground. The people who sold it to me said it is ok to bury it up to 2feet the warranty is still valid. We have had no problems with it so far.

    try removing the eye return inside the pool and screw the sprinkler into that ...it looks like the same one we have and that is how we do it.. I am not sure about the coleman pool if you can move that fitting or not just an idea

    24 foot cove is 80 bucks might as well if you can. Get that new pool feel with the new look. It is just foam so I am sure it does degrade over time with all that weight of the water

    when we leave for a while and I have room for the cya to go up a little I always float a puck or two depending on how long I will be gone and it does the trick

    when we had to repair our intex liner we used the clear vinyl patches and the glue dried a rust color and never went away I would try to get some kind of design or at least a blue color to avoid the nasty rust color on the bottom of the pool

    we had an ultra frame 24ft intex that we used with salt water and the frame would only last 2 summers and the metal corroded you could literally push on it and your finger would go through the metal be careful if using the salt water and if you do need to replace a part from intex it is a pain...

    be careful to of who you have install it make sure to do some research and ask for references some of the "pool guys" out there will say they will do something then take your money and never finish or barely start and never come back at all trust me I have been through it
