Absolutely. As the article in the April issue of the newletter shows, there are lots of factors and considerations when building an AGP. I know others would like to see the work in progress. Oh and before jjparrish beats me to it.... :nopic: :lol:

All the regulars are smiling. You'll want to check out the TF-100 at www.tftestkits.com. Sometimes people get confused and think I/TFP own tftestkits.com, but I don't. It's just the best test kit for the money, and it doesn't hurt that the real owner (duraleigh) is here everyday to answer...

I agree 100% with the above statements. Some of my best childhood memories were from time spent playing in AG pools where I grew up in Illinois. As a kid, I couldn't have cared less if it was AG or IG. As an adult, like duraleigh said, AG can have a fantastic look. I'm very envious of some...

Do you drain your pool in the off season? If so, I think maybe I would just keep a close eye on it and if there is no other movement, just save the screw and replace it the next time you drain the pool.

We are leaving for vaction in a couple of days. I'm going to shock the pool before we go and then just let the swg do it's job while we are gone.

Well, none of the online calculators seem to agree, but the average seems to be around 7,000- 7,500 gallons. Was there any documention with the pool that might say the volume?
